We've Broken-Ground on a 2nd Phase of Cross Creek Meadows in Chillicothe!

To serve our mission of providing affordable housing options for low- to moderate-income individuals and families, Frontier was awarded funding for a 2nd phase of our popular Cross Creek Meadows family community. In partnership with the the Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA), Frontier used Low-Income Housing Tax Credits to fund a portion of developing the community with our promise to keep the rents affordable.
