For Immediate Release: Circleville Township to receive new senior housing in 2015

Frontier Community Services and LW Associates have announced construction commencement of Kingston Mound Manor III, the third phase of an accessible and enhanced community that continually enriches the lives of local seniors located in Circleville Township.

“It is a privilege to provide affordable housing for the senior community in Circleville Township. Because of the success of Phase I and II, we have been inundated with phone calls and emails from seniors interested in becoming part of the community,” said Mark Leatherwood, Principal of LW Associates.

Kingston Mound Manor III will consist of 48 residential apartments with two-bedrooms, one-bathroom and an attached 1.5 car garage. Each will feature an open floor plan to maximize the amount of livable space using energy efficient and universal design features ensuring residents live safely and comfortably. Amenities will include a community health pavilion, a shelter house with grill, a community garden, an exercise park for dogs offering benches, shade trees and accessible pathways for residents to enjoy. The community offers a natural setting while at the same time is close to major roads and services.
