Same Mission - New Mission Statement!

In October, our Board of Trustees approved a new mission statement. Although our mission remains the same as it has always been, we tweaked the language to modernize and streamline it. At Frontier Community Services, we strive to be the best we can be, and our mission statement provides direction and a foundation from which we can all be guided by collectively. Because of what we do and who we are, we have the unique opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of others every single day!

We are diverse in the services we offer and the people we support, and our intention is to be relevant, inclusive, and engaged with our company and the work that we do. We want and need everyone to contribute in a positive, meaningful way to the success of our company. Success for our company = happy customers! J
