
Frontier Community Services was established in 1978 as a private not-for-profit corporation.
Frontier exists to promote, develop, provide, implement, and support persons in need of assistance to actively pursue a rewarding lifestyle according to their own wishes, their needs, and their capabilities.
Habilitative and supportive services to adults and children who are enrolled in the Individual Options Waiver (I.O.), Level One Waiver and Supported Living Alternatives.
Nursing, delegated nursing, day habilitation, supported employment, service coordination and transportation services.
Respite services for adults and children with Developmental Disablities.
Homemaker and personal care services to the elderly who are enrolled in the Passport Medicaid Waiver; care coordination services and Alzheimer's Respite Service.
Services to veterans who are approved for V.A. home care assistance.
Private pay services to individuals who may fall outside the entitlement(s) program requirements.
Housing development services including partnerships, consulting, grant writing, credit counseling, homeownership counseling and budgeting.
Developments include single-family and multi-family developments.
