Established in 1978 as a private not-for-profit organization, Frontier Community Services provides a wide-range of services to those we support.

Our mission is to provide dignity, respect, and independence to each person we serve by offering services that empower individuals and families to reach their full potential.

Our vision is to promote inclusion and acceptance of all people by enriching the lives of others, leading by example, and making a positive impact in the communities we serve.

Values:  Dignity, Respect, Independence

With our foundation of providing services to children and adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities, our outreach has grown to include veterans, seniors, skilled home health care, affordable housing development, and HUD-approved housing counseling.

We exist to promote, develop, and provide support services to enable you or a loved one to actively pursue a rewarding lifestyle according to your wishes, needs, and capabilities.  Our mission and values form the foundation from which all supports are delivered.  Our support services are tailored to the unique needs of each person and may range from just a few hours per week to 24-hours per day in a variety of settings.

Our affordable housing team develops family and senior rental communities and provides supportive service coordination for our residents.  We specialize in building strategic partnerships, consulting, grant writing, and providing affordable housing opportunities to low- to moderate-income individuals and families.

We specialize in providing:
  • Residential, Homemaker, Personal Care, and other Supportive services to adults & children enrolled in the Individual Options Waiver (IO), Level One Waiver (L1), SELF Waiver, and Supported Living.
