Exciting News! 2015 Housing Tax Credit Awards

In partnership with the Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) and LW Associates, Frontier Community Services has been announced as a recipient of the 2015 Housing Tax Credit program awards for two communities: Lamplighter Senior Village—Phase II in Grove City, Franklin County, Ohio, and Hocking Senior Village in Logan, Hocking County, Ohio.

Both communities will offer 2-bedroom apartments for seniors 55+.

Each community’s standards:

• ADA-Compliant

• Energy Star Rated Appliances

• High Efficiency Heat Pump

• Emergency Pull Stations with Exterior Horns and Strobe Light to Alert Neighbors and First Responders

• Zero-Thresholds Throughout (no steps or curbs)

• Fenced Dog Park with Benches and Waste Station

• Community Garden with Space Reserved for Each Resident

• Shelter House with Tables and Grill

• Walking Path with Benches Surrounding a Community Pond

• Covered Parking and/or Attached Garages

• Centrally Located Clubhouse that Encourages Community Activities and Offer a Kitchen, Multi-Purpose Room, Equipped Exercise Room, and an Exterior Patio

The communities also offer professional on-site management and 24-hour emergency maintenance services provided by Community Investment Management Services (CIMS).
