Two New Housing Developments for Frontier

Frontier Community Services was awarded housing tax credits on two projects on July 19, 2017, by the Ohio Housing Finance Agency. One is in Hancock County near the City of Findlay and the other is just south of Circleville in Pickaway County. Both developments are for families and will be a major addition to the local economies. The booming job markets in both cities have resulted in housing shortages for families who that want to live near their work.

Crawford Station is the project near Findlay. It will have 46 units of family housing with a mix of 2, 3, and 4 bedroom units. All units will be single story with an attached garage.

Shawnee Grove is to be located in Pickaway County. It is on Kingston Pike just south of Circleville and less than 2 miles from the new Sofidel Paper plant that is under construction south of Circleville. It will have 40-46 units of family housing in the same single story configuration as Crawford Station and its neighboring community Kingston Mound Manor.
